Secure your slot with a deposit. Our engineering team provides detailed foundation guidelines, ground leveling specifications, and exact power hookup drawings customized for your space.

2. Factory Build

We custom manufacture the simulator. We cut container doors, inject insulation, install walnut acoustic panels, mount custom turf, lay electronics, and fully calibrate the launch monitor technology.

3. Logistics & Lift

Your studio is transported to your country. Flatbed trucks deliver it to your address, and a compact crane or heavy crane lift places the unit safely onto your prepared gravel or concrete base.

4. Power & Play

Plug the simulator into a single 240V, 30A or 50A outlet (similar to an RV hookup). Within minutes, the system boots up, the projector shines, and your private championship fairway is ready.

In most jurisdictions in the US and Europe, our containers are categorized as temporary, non-permanent accessory structures because they do not require deep foundation excavations and can be lifted off-site at any time. However, setback limits (distance from property lines) and local homeowner associations (HOAs) may apply. We provide custom layout drawings to help you clear any local guidelines.

The cabin requires a single, dedicated electrical hookup. The Origin and Horizon models run on a 240V / 30A circuit (similar to an electric car charger or RV hookup). The Apex model, with larger HVAC loads and electronics, requires a 240V / 50A hookup. A certified local electrician can easily run this line to the delivery pad.

Our regional shipping partners deliver the container on a flatbed container truck. If there is direct vehicle access to the pad, the truck can slide the unit directly onto the ground. If your backyard is enclosed, we coordinate a local mobile crane service (usually a 40 to 90-ton truck crane) to hoist the cabin safely over fences, trees, or your roof directly onto the site.

Yes, they are engineered for year-round climate resilience. We insulate the walls, floor, and ceiling with premium closed-cell spray foam (R-21 thermal rating). Combined with our commercial mini-split heat pumps, the interior maintains comfortable room temperature (21°C / 70°F) in external conditions ranging from -20°C (-4°F) to 45°C (113°F).

Every Aurora Golf cabin includes a 5-year structural warranty on the container frame and welds, a 2-year warranty on the HVAC mini-split, and a 1-year warranty on the integrated simulator technologies. The individual manufacturer warranties for launch monitors (Trackman, Uneekor) are fully registered in your name.
